Festival Latino de Salsa 2010 a celebrarse el 19 de Junio
Northwest Florida Boricuas Ausentes (NWFBA) orgullosamente presenta el Festival Latino de Salsa el 19 de Junio en Fort Walton Beach, Fla. Landing Park de las 10 a.m. hasta las 8 p.m. En caso de lluvia, se celebrará el 20 de Junio, de las 11 a.m. hasta las 6 p.m.
La fiesta estilo Caribeño, libre de alcohol, ofrece una variedad de diversiones a travéz del parque pensando en todas las edades y grupos étnicos. Todas las personas en busca de diversión y la comunidad que aprovecha nuestra bella y vibrante Emerald Coast son bienvenidos.
El entretenimiento del Festival Latino de Salsa 2010 incluye las siguientes actividades:
. Cecille, con Rainel Pino Orchestra- un grupo musical electrizante de Houston, TX
. Ritmo y Sabor-Un grupo básico de Jacksonville, Fl. dirigido por Mr. Manuel Fontanez
. Jones & Company, con la espléndida Ms. Cheryl Jones
. Tropi Sound-La popular Latin Band conducida por Mr. Carlos Oregon
. El NWFBA,Inc. Dance Troupe. Ejecutando danzas tradicionales d Puerto Rico. Dirigida y coreografiada por Ms. Yazmin Ramirez y Vivian Collazo.
. Bocadillos del Caribe y muchos otros deleites internacionales
. Muchas actividades para chicos, incluyendo la siempre favorita, pintura de caritas
. Fabulosa Rifa de Premios incluyendo paquetes de Condos, TVs y muchos, muchos más

. North West Florida Blood Center aceptará donaciones de "El Regalo de la Vida"
Durante el Festival, NWFBA lanzará "El Fondo de Becas NWFBA". Un porcentaje de todas las entradas del Festival Latino de Salsa beneficiará el fondo de la beca que será otorgada a un estudiante de los condados de Okaloosa, Walton o Escambia (Fl.) que llenen los requisitos establecidos por la Junta de Directores de NWFBA.
Los requisitos incluyen horas de servicio a la comunidad y tiempo como voluntario dentro de la organización de NWFBA. La primera beca será presentada en el Festival Latino de Junio 2011.

2010 Latin Salsa Festival June 19
Northwest Florida Boricuas Ausentes (NWFBA) proudly presents the Latin Salsa Festival, June 19 at the Fort Walton Beach, Fla., Landing Park, from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. A rain day is set for Sunday, 20 June, from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.
The alcohol-free, Caribbean-style fiesta offers a variety of entertainment throughout the park with all age groups and ethnicities in mind. Fun seekers and community-minded individuals who embrace our beautiful and colorful Emerald Coast is welcome to attend.
Entertainment for the 2010 Latin Salsa Festival includes lots of activities and the following:
· Cecille, with Rainel Pino Orchestra – An electrifying musical group from Houston, TX
· Ritmo y Sabor – A Jacksonville, FL, staple led by Mr. Manuel Fontanez
· Jones & Company, with the splendid Ms. Cheryl Jones
· TropiSound – The popular Latin Band led by Mr. Carlos Oregon
· The NWFBA, Inc. Dance Troupe. Performing traditional Puerto Rican dances. Directed and choreographed by Ms. Yazmin Ramirez and Vivian Collazo
· Caribbean Food and many other International delis
· Lots of Children Activities, including the always favorite, face painting
· Fabulous Prize Drawings including Condo Packages, TVs, and much, much more.

During the festival, NWFBA will launch “The NWFBA Scholarship Fund." A percentage of all proceeds from the Latin Salsa Festival will benefit the scholarship fund that will be awarded to a student from Okaloosa, Walton or Escambia (Fla.) Counties who meet the scholarship requirements set by the NWFBA Board of Directors. Requirements include community service hours and volunteer time within the NWFBA organization. The first scholarship will be presented at the June 2011 Latin Festival. More details about the scholarship fund and next year’s event will be forthcoming.
