El Tri listo para el Mundial
El evento más visto y esperado en todo el planeta da inicio este 11 de junio, la Copa del Mundo. El Tricolor Mexicano tiene el honor de jugar el primer partido del certámen, junto a su similar de Sudáfrica.

Este año la selección mexicana ha hecho una preparación previa al mundial de primer nivel.  En el último mes, se enfrentaron a la selección de Inglaterra y a la Naranja Mecánica de Holanda. En el primer partido contra los ingleses, demostraron muy buen nivel de fútbol colectivo, con varias oportunidades de gol.  Pero el verdugo de México sigue siendo el juego aéreo y los ingleses marcaron dos goles de cabeza. México sigue teniendo problemas para definir las oportunidades que tienen y el director técnico Javier Aguirre tiene que estar preocupado.

En el encuentro contra Holanda, la Naranja Mecánica manejó el partido y dos muy buenos goles de Robin Van Persie liquidaron al Tri.

Este pasado domingo, los mexicanos jugaron contra Gambia y más que nada fue un trámite para aquellos jugadores que no habían jugado tuvieran su oportunidad de estar en la lista final del Vasco Aguirre. En una cancha lluviosa y con un rival que le exigió poco, México marcó cinco goles.  Gambia por su parte volvió a demostrar la debilidad de la selección Azteca -- el juego aéreo -- marcando un gol de cabeza.

El exámen final de México antes de su primer compromiso mundialista será el jueves contra la selección campeona del mundo, la Squadra Azzurra.  El partido contra Italia probablemente nos dará una mejor imagen de cómo y quiénes serán los titulares para la copa de mundo. 

México tiene en su grupo los anfitriones de Sudáfrica; Les Bleus, la selección de Francia; y a La Garra Charrúa, el seleccionado Uruguayo. México tendrá que mejorar en su juego aéreo y aprovechar las oportunidades que tienen. En el mundial, fallas de este tipo son letales.  Les deseamos suerte al Tri y esperamos con ansiedad el toque inicial de la Copa del Mundo 2010.

The TRI Ready for the World Cup
The most watched and expected event in the whole planet, The World Cup, will start June 11. The Mexican Tricolor National Team (TRI) has the honor of playing the first game of the competition, next to his South Africa similar. 

This year the Mexican National Team has completed a top level training prior to the World Cup.  Last month they played against the England National Team and the Orange Soccer Machine from Holland.  In the first game against the English, they showed a very high level of football teamwork, with several opportunites to score a goal.  But the executioner killing Mexico is still the aerial game, the English scored two head goals. Mexico still has problems missing opportunities to score and the technical director, Javier Aguirre, has to be worried. 

In the match with Holland the Orange Soccer Machine controlled the game and two good goals from Robin Van Pierse killed the TRI.

Last Sunday, the Mexicans played Gambia but more than anything else it was not more than an opportunity for those who had not played yet to make Vasco Aguirre's final list.  On a wet field and with a rival who did not demand too much, Mexico scored five goals. In turn Gambia, once more showed the weakness of the Aztec team, the aerial game, scoring one head goal. 

The final test for Mexico before their first world match will be on Thursday against the world’s champion, La Squadra Azzurra.  The match against Italy will probably give us a better picture of how and who will be the starters for the world cup. 

Mexico will play agains South Africa, Les Bleus, France's selection, and the Charrua Claw, the national team from Uruguay.  Mexico will have to better their aerial game and take advantage of the opportunities.  In a world game those faults are lethal.  We wish good luck to the TRI and anxiously await the opening of the 2010 World Cup.
