El último día para poner tu reclamo es el 23 de Agosto del 2013. El 23 de Noviembre, 2010, es el último día para aplicar para el fondo de emergencia. En otras palabras, tienes tres años para poner tu reclamo por las perdidas de ingresos por resultado del Derrame de Petróleo. Así que si todavía no tienes toda la documentación necesaria para poner tu reclamo, no te desanimes, estas a tiempo de obtenerlas y recibir tu compensación.
     El fondo de emergencia fue una póliza adoptada por (B)ritish (P)etroleum (BP) para compensar inmediatamente las perdidas de los primeros seis meses. La realidad es que el derrame afectará a muchos más allá de los primeros 6 meses.  British Petroleum esta dispuesto a ofrecer compensación por los próximos 3 años. Así que todavía muchas compañías e individuos están en posición de ser compensados por el tiempo que dure la crisis debido al derrame.
     No importa que trabajo hays tenido, si te bajaron las horas o el salario por causa del derrame, no dudes en aplicar por tu debida compensación. Esta compensación es para todos, incluso los que se encuentran indocumentados.

The reality is that the Oil Spill, to many, will cause losses that will go beyond the first 6 month. In fact, BP is willing co compensate for next 3 years. Therefore individual and companies still have plenty of time to gather all the documentation necessary to received their due compensation.
     In does not matter, what job position you held or what type of company you had. If your income was affected by the Oil Spill in the Gulf Coast, you have the right to receive your due compensation, even if you are an undocumented alien in the USA.
