La Casa de las Mariposas del Panhandle
Alrededor del mundo especies de mariposas se encuentran en problemas, debido a cambios climáticos y destrucción de habita , son solo un par de factores que causan el numero de algunas especies a caer hasta un 90% en algunas regiones.Es cada vez mas difícil de ver y apreciar las mariposas en la naturaleza.Lleve a su familia a visitar la deslumbrantes mariposas de la Florida visitando Panhandle Butterfly House.
     La Casa de las Mariposas del Panhandle esta abierto al publico de 10am hasta 3pm los jueves,viernes y sabados hasta LABOR DAY.esta situado 8581 Navarre Parkway en Highway 98 ,incorporado al parque de Navarre, tiene facilidades para comer, jugar, chapotear para los niños.
     Para grupos de 10 o mas esta disponible lunes a miércoles, tiene que reservar visite el webside.Esta exhibicion de temporada, ofrece la oportunidad de observar las mariposas nativas en sus  etapas y ciclos de vida, poder ver las plantas y nectar.Este ano otros tipos de insectos estarán en la exposición. The  Panhandle Butterfly House es totalmente gratis, el funcionamiento y operaciones depende de la generosidad de los visitantes,comunidad y negocios , todas donaciones son apreciadas. la entrada es gratis.

The Panhandle Butterfly House
Around the world, butterfly species are in trouble. Climate change and habitat destruction are just a couple of factors causing numbers of some species to drop as much as 90% in some regions.  It’s getting harder to see and appreciate butterflies in the wild.  Treat your family to a rare glimpse of Florida butterflies by visiting the Panhandle Butterfly House.
     The Panhandle Butterfly House is now open to the public from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays until Labor Day. Located at 8581 Navarre Parkway on Highway 98, it is an integral part of Navarre Park which includes picnic facilities, a playground and a splash pad for the kids.
     Special tours for groups of 10 or more are available Monday through Wednesday, but must be scheduled.  Request a tour by visiting our website.
     This seasonal exhibit offers the opportunity to observe several native butterfly species in all stages of their life cycles in addition to viewing their host and nectar plants.  This year, other types of insects will be on display.
     The Panhandle Butterfly House is totally funded through donations and grants.  The ongoing operation depends totally on the generosity of visitors, community and business donations.  All donations are greatly appreciated but admission is free.
