La Comunidad VA de la Costa del Golfo Saluda a los Veteranos de Vietnam
MOBILE,Ala. - VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park, VA Vet Centers y muchos compañeros de la comunidad de la región de la Costa del Golfo ofrecerán un saludo a los Veteranos de Vietnam el 31 de Marzo.
Este evento, gratuito, se celebrará en Battleship Memorial Park para rendir honores a los Veteranos de Vietnam a lo largo de la región de la Costa del Golfo y dar a los veteranos la oportunidad de conectarse.
Un Desfile de Honor encabezado por Rolling Thunder Alabama Chapter 1 y motociclistas de la región de la Costa del Golfo empezarán el evento a las 10 a.m. en el centro de Mobile, y la ceremonia de inaguración para el evento de Saludo empezará en Battleship Memorial Park a las 11 a.m. Otras datos interesantes del evento incluyen: Reuniones de Veteranos, Recursosy tiendas de campaña de familias, vendedores, música viva y presentaciones especiales por Veteranos de Vietnam.
Este evento es para toda la comunidad en la Costa del Golfo. Además, Battleship Memorial Park está regalando entradas al museo a los Veteranos de Vietnam y Veteranos de la era de Vietnam. Los Veteranos deben registrarse en su VA Vet Center más cercano para recibir sus tiquetes gratis. La registración para los tiquetes terminará el 9 de Marzo.

VA, Gulf Coast community salutes Vietnam Veterans
MOBILE, Ala. – The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park, VA Vet Centers and many community partners from the Gulf Coast region will host a Vietnam Veterans Salute event on March 31.
This free event will be held at Battleship Memorial Park to honor Vietnam Veterans across the Gulf Coast region and provide Veterans the opportunity to connect with one another.
An Honor Ride parade led by Rolling Thunder Alabama Chapter 1 and motorcyclists from the Gulf Coast region will kick off the event at 10 a.m. in downtown Mobile, and the opening ceremony for the Salute event will begin at Battleship Memorial Park at 11 a.m. Other enticing features of the event include: Veteran reunions, resource and family tents, vendors, live music, and special presentations by Vietnam Veterans.
This event is open to everyone in the Gulf Coast community. Additionally, Battleship Memorial Park is providing Vietnam and Vietnam-era Veterans with free museum tickets. Vietnam and Vietnam-era Veterans should register with their nearest VA Vet Center to receive free tickets. The ticket registration will end on March 9:
