AAMMA Pelea en Pensacola
La American Amateur Artes Marciales Mixtas (AAMMA) y Pensacola Academia de Boxeo (PBA) llevará a cabo la Costa del Golfo Lucha Fest 11 el sábado, 19 de mayo a las 6 pm.
     El evento tendrá lugar en la American Amateur Escuela de Artes Marciales Mixtas ubicado en 1621 Dog Track Street junto a la Blue Angel Elementary School (Escuela Primaria Blue Angel.)
     Poseído por Larry Downs, Jr., AAMMA / ABD es una organización sin fines de lucro, cuyo dueño es Larry Downs, Jr., y que ofrece programas competitivos y no competitivos, para niños de 8 a 13 y adultos de 14 años en adelante. La academia ofrece una variedad de entrenamiento de artes marciales incluyendo boxeo, muay tailandés de kickboxing, grappling y las artes marciales mixtas.
      "El propósito de la academia es promover el buen espíritu deportivo y de fitness (condicionamiento físico)," dijo el entrenador Javier Torres. "Las competencias se llevan a cabo mensualmente y las estadísticas se registran en USA Boxing (organización de Boxeo de EE.UU)"
     El luchador puertorriqueño, Carlos Ramos, de 20 años de edad, ha estado luchando con la academia desde 2010, y estará compitiendo  en el evento del 12 por el título de peso ligero en el Golfo de Lucha Costa Fest. La fecha de ese evento no se ha fijado todavía.

American Amateur Mixed Marital Arts

The American Amateur Mixed Martial Arts (AAMMA) and Pensacola Boxing Academy (PBA) will hold Gulf Coast Fight Fest 11 on Saturday, May 19 at 6 p.m. The event will be held at the American Amateur Mixed Martial Arts School located at 1621 Dog Track Roadnext to Blue Angel Elementary School.
     Owned by Larry Downs, Jr., AAMMA/PBA is a non-profit organization that offers competitive and non-competitive programs for kids ages 8 through 13 and adults ages 14 and older. The academy offers a variety of martial arts training including boxing, muay thai kickboxing, grappling and mixed martial arts.
     “The purpose of the academy is to promote good sportsmanship and fitness,” said trainer Javier Torres. “Competitions are held monthly and statistics are registered with USA Boxing.”
     Puertorican fighter, Carlos Ramos, 20, has been fighting with the academy since 2010, and will be competing for the lightweight title at the Gulf Coast Fight Fest 12 event. The date of that event has not yet been set.
