Objetivo Concluido de Joven Latino
      A la temprana edad de 20 años, Bryan Mejía logró lo que muchos estudiantes universitarios luchan por hacer. Recibió su diploma y obtuvo un trabajo en su campo. El 1 de Febrero, celebró su graduación de la Universidad de Fortis y apenas dos días después que comenzó su trabajo en el All Pro Sound en Pensacola. Su trabajo como instalador técnico comercial, que implica el audio y el vídeo de crear escenarios para conciertos y otros eventos, le permite viajar a diferentes ciudades del país de forma gratuita.
      Su arduo trabajo junto con el apoyo de sus padres le permitió alcanzar sus metas de recibir un diploma en el Programa de Oficios eléctricos y comenzar su carrera. Bryan fue infundido con una fuerte ética de trabajo de sus padres Fernando y Millie Mejia (ambos de Puerto Rico). Se dio el ejemplo y siempre anima a sus hijos a seguir sus sueños.
       "Siempre he dicho a mis hijos a disparar a las estrellas. Cualquier cosa es posible, si se trabaja lo suficiente ", dijo Fernando. "Y cuando uno de nosotros tiene éxito, todos tenemos éxito", añadió.
      Bryan tomo en cuenta estas palabras y se graduó de secundaria temprana, obtener un diploma, y comenzar un trabajo emocionante. Sus padres trabajaron duro para poder ofrecer a sus hijos la capacidad de tomar ventaja de las oportunidades que ellos no tuvieron cuando eran jóvenes. No podría estar más orgulloso de los logros de sus hijos.
      Nosotros, en La Costa Latina también quiero felicitar a Bryan Mejía en sus recientes logros y le deseamos lo mejor en todos sus proyectos futuros.

 

 Young Latino Accomplishing Goal
Mejia Family     At the young age of 20, Bryan Mejia accomplished what many college students struggle to do. He received his diploma and secured a job within his field. On February 1, he celebrated his graduation from Fortis College and a mere two days later he started his job at All Pro Sound in Pensacola. His job as a technical commercial installer, which entails the audio and video set up of stages for concerts and other events, allows him to travel to various cities in the country for free. 
     His hard work combined with support of his parents allowed him to achieve his goals of receiving a diploma in the Electrical Trades Program and starting his career. Bryan was instilled with a strong work ethic by his parents Fernando and Millie Mejia (both Puerto Rican). They led by example and always encouraged their children to follow their dreams.
      “I have always told my kids to shoot for the stars. Anything is possible, if you work hard enough,” Fernando said. “And when one of us succeeds, we all succeed,” he added.
     Bryan heeded these words and went on to graduate high school early, get a diploma, and start an exciting job. His parents worked hard to be able to provide their children with the ability to take advantage of opportunities that they themselves did not have when they were young. They couldn’t be prouder of their children’s successes.
