FBI Busca Información en Relación con el Secuestro en Panamá City Beach
La Oficina Federal de Investigaciones (FBI, por sus siglas en ingles) está buscando información sobre la identidad de un hombre buscado para ser interrogado en relación con el secuestro de una mujer en Panamá City Beach, Florida. El 27 de Junio del 2013, la mujer fue secuestrada, transportada a través de las líneas estatales, amenazada y agredida sexualmente por sus captores. Más tarde fue recuperada con vida.
     En Agosto de del 2013, un Gran Jurado Federal en el Distrito Norte de Florida emitió una acusación formal de cinco cargos de a uno de sus captores, Jacobo Feliciano-Francisco, a/k/a "Uriel Castillo Ochoa", a/k/a "Kiko," 30 años de edad. Feliciano-Francisco fue detenido, acusado el 12 de Agosto del 2013 y se encuentra actualmente bajo la custodia del Servicio de Alguaciles de EE.UU..
     La investigación está en curso y el FBI está buscando la ayuda del público para identificar al hombre representado en este dibujo. El individuo es considerado armado y peligroso.  FBI Seeks Information in Connection with Kidnapping in Panama City Beach
FBI SketchThe Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking information on the identity of a man wanted for questioning in connection with the kidnapping of a woman in Panama City Beach, Florida.  On June 27, 2013, the woman was kidnapped, transported across state lines, threatened and sexually assaulted by her captors. She was later recovered alive.
     In August 2013, a Federal Grand Jury in the Northern District of Florida returned a five count indictment of one of her captors, Jacobo Feliciano-Francisco, a/k/a “Uriel Castillo-Ochoa”, a/k/a “Kiko,” age 30.  Feliciano-Francisco was arrested, arraigned on August 12, 2013 and is currently in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.
     The investigation is ongoing and the FBI is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the man depicted in this sketch. The individual is considered armed and dangerous.
