Cambio en Vuelta de Dirección en Facturas de Impuestos de Propiedad en Alabama
Los dueños de propiedades en Alabama deben recibir su factura de impuestos a la propiedad la primera semana de octubre del 2013. La oficina de Baldwin County Revenue Commissioner's dice que la dirección del remitente será diferente de lo que se ha utilizado en el pasado. Con el fin de servir a los contribuyentes de manera más eficiente, un cambio se ha implementado que procesará los pagos mucho más rápido. Los pagos serán enviados a Atlanta, Georgia, donde será procesada y publicada como pagada durante la noche.
     Los propietarios se han quejado de lentitud en la tramitación de los pagos y esperamos que este cambio va a agilice el procedimiento. Habrá casos en que el pago (s) no publique toda la noche. Vamos a trabajar con diligencia para procesar estos pagos en un período de tiempo razonable.  Change in Return Address for Property Tax Bills in Alabama 
Property owners in Alabama should be receiving their property tax bill the first week in October, 2013.  Baldwin County Revenue Commissioner’s office says that the return address will be different from what has been used in the past.  In order to serve tax payers more efficiently, a change has been implemented that will process payments much faster.  Payments will be mailed to Atlanta, Georgia, where it will be processed and posted as paid overnight. 
     Property owners have complained about the slow processing of payments and we hope this change will expedite the procedure.  There will be instances where payment(s) do not post overnight.  We will be working diligently to process these payments in a reasonable period of time.  Should you have any questions relating to this change please do not hesitate to contact the Baldwin County Revenue Commission at any of our following offices.
