Fatalidad Peatonal en Mary Esther
La Oficina del Sheriff de Okaloosa County está investigando un accidente de tráfico peatonal que tuvo lugar la noche del martes en Hollywood Boulevard in Mary Esther. La OCSO recibió una llamada alrededor de las 6:10 p.m. de un accidente cerca de la intersección de Hollywood y Deal Avenue.
      Una mujer anciana fué atropellada por un vehiculo al cruzar la calle y llevada a Fort Walton Beach Medical Center, donde murió poco después.
      Una parte de Hollywood Boulevard entre Deal Avenue y Audrey Street fué cerrada temporalmente mientras los investigadores trabajaron en la escena.
      La identidad de la víctima se mantiene en reserva temporal (en el momento de la escritura)  esperando la notificación de la familia.

 

 Pedestrian Fatality in Mary Esther
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a pedestrian traffic fatality that took place Tuesday evening on Hollywood Boulevard in Mary Esther. The OCSO received a call around 6:10 p.m. of an accident near the intersection of Hollywood and Deal Avenue.
     An elderly female crossing the street was hit by a vehicle and taken to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center where she died a short time later.
     A portion of Hollywood Boulevard between Deal Avenue and Audrey Street was temporarily closed while investigators worked the scene.
     The identity of the victim is being temporarily withheld (at time of writing) pending notification of family.
