Flauta Nativo Americana, Festival de Arte y Cultura
 El Festival Musical Echoes Flute 2015 se celebrará en The Landing (139 Brooks Street en Fort Walton Beach) el Viernes, 24 de abril hasta el domingo, abril 26. La admisión a este evento no-alcohólico es gratuita. Únete a nosotros en una celebración de la cultura nativa americana, del arte y la música.
     Disfruta de los relajantes e inspiradores sonidos de la música de flauta nativa americana y déjate inspirar por las coloridas actuaciones de bailes rítmicos, el arte y la artesanía en el festival. Panes fritos (indios) tradicionales y otros deliciosos alimentos estarán disponibles para saborear en el 15ta Festival Musical Echoes Flute, de Arte, y Cultura.
     Verás músicos nativo-americanos aclamados internacionalmente y bailarines incluyendo favoritos como Billy Whitefox y el galardonado bailarín del aro Lowery Begay. Daremos la bienvenida de vuelta a Mark Holland con el Niño de otoño (Autumn’s child) como nuestra actuación principal. Explore los muchos vendedores en todo el parque que estarán vendiendo su arte nativo americano, flautas, canastas, artículos de cuero, y mucho más. Visita la tienda principal para comprar la camiseta anual con la obra de arte creada por Destino Keller. La música en vivo comenzará el viernes y continuará hasta el domingo.      Por primera vez este año, Ecos Musicales (Musical Echoes) ofrecerá una escuela de flauta nativa antes del festival, impartido por facilitadores nacionalmente aclamados como el Dr. Clint Goss, Vera Shanov, y 4 veces nominado al Grammy Dr. Michael DeMaria. Habrá dos sesiones de todo el día el jueves y viernes del fin de semana del festival. Aprenda acerca de la composición de canciones, la salud y beneficios curativos de la flauta, y actuación solista. Participa en uno o dos días de la escuela. Todos los niveles de experiencia son bienvenidos, incluyendo principiantes. Usted adquirirá una comprensión de ritmos, tonos e improvisación al tiempo que aumenta su confianza para llevar a cabo actuaciones frente a un público.  Native American Flute, Art and Cultural Festival
Native American Festival in FWB     Musical Echoes Flute Festival 2015 will be held at The Landing (139 Brooks St. in Fort Walton Beach) on Friday, April 24th through Sunday, April 26th.  Admission to this non-alcholic event is free. Join us in a celebration of Native American culture, art, and music.
     Enjoy the soothing and inspirational sounds of the Native American flute music and be inspired by the colorful, rhythmic dance performances, the art, and crafts at the festival.  Traditional Indian fry bread and other delicious food will be available to savor at the 15th Annual Musical Echoes Flute, Art, and Cultural Festival.
     You’ll see internationally acclaimed Native American musicians and dancers including returning favorites such Billy Whitefox, and award winning hoop dancer Lowery Begay.  We’ll welcome back Mark Holland with Autumn’s Child as our headlining performance.   Explore the many vendors throughout the park that will be selling their Native American art, flutes, baskets, leather goods, and more.  Visit the main tent to purchase the annual t-shirt featuring the art work created by Destiny Keller.      For the first time this year, Musical Echoes will offer a Native Flute School before the festival, taught by nationally-acclaimed facilitators Dr. Clint Goss, Vera Shanov, and 4-time Grammy nominee Dr. Michael DeMaria. There will be two full-day sessions on Thursday and Friday of festival weekend.  Learn about song composition, the health and healing benefits of the flute, and solo performance.  Participate in one or both days of the school.  All levels of experience are welcome, including beginners.  You’ll gain an understanding of rhythms, tones, and improvisation while increasing your confidence to perform in front of audiences.  For more information on the school log on to  www.nativefluteschool.com/menfs15/.
