Small Alligator Stolen From Its Okaloosa Island Tank OKALOOSA ISLAND, Fla. —A three-foot alligator was stolen from the tank it shared with three other gators at the Fudpuckers Restaurant on Miracle Strip Parkway, Okaloosa Island. Deputies say two males entered the property after closing hours March 21st through the rear of the restaurant, gained access to an alligator tank with four alligators, took one, and then left the property. The OCSO is asking for the public’s help in finding the thieves and the restaurant would like the safe return of the animal. The thieves are described as two white males. One appeared to be around six feet tall and heavyset with short brown or black hair. He also appeared to be wearing a blue t-shirt, tan khaki shorts, and dark colored shoes. The second individual wore a dark hooded sweatshirt and tan or khaki shorts and dark shoes. The sweatshirt appeared orange or brown and the hood was up.
